ABOUT ME:
My name is Adeola Dominic—a creator at heart, a community builder, and a wellbeing-led professional who finds genuine joy in seeing people flourish.
I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, confident, and empowered to grow. Community has always been central to my work, which led me to found Just Us Women—a supportive space designed to help women connect, heal, and thrive. What began as a small circle has grown into a community rooted in confidence, faith, authenticity, and shared experience.
My professional journey began in the NHS, where I worked closely with patients and clinical teams. This experience shaped my understanding of compassion, dignity, and the importance of wellbeing, and later led me to pursue a degree in Public Health.
Alongside this, I studied Mass Communication and achieved PRINCE2 project management certification, equipping me with strong communication, coordination, and delivery skills.
Across my career, I have worked at the intersection of public health, community engagement, skills development, sector growth, and creative collaboration—supporting projects spanning health improvement, youth and community initiatives, workforce development, creative industries, and multi-stakeholder programmes.
Alongside my professional roles, I have remained deeply connected to creative work—collaborating with brands, supporting creators, producing content, and helping individuals and organisations shape meaningful narratives.
The Adeola House brings all of this together—combining wellbeing, creativity, communication, and structured delivery to support people, talent, and organisations to thrive with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
